Marketplace Bank certificates of deposit and certain deposit accounts were transferred to E*TRADE Bank on March 10, 2003.

On August 18, 2003, CIBC National Bank, doing business as Marketplace Bank, remitted to the State of Florida (CIBC National Bank’s state of operations) the total amount of all unclaimed account balances (including uncashed Cashier Checks) of customers who resided in the State of Florida.
